Secure CCTV
Crisp Documents acknowledge a high level of security and confidentiality is required due to the content of the records. Our premises are manned 24 hours per day and have colour CCTV in operation which continuously records all areas via 12 cameras carefully located within the premises 24 hrs a day 365 days a year. The recorded data is stored for 14 days.
Secure accessibility
Our CCTV is also Web-Server based and can be securely viewed and controlled from anywhere in the world by nominated members of staff. The premises are Fire and Flood alarmed with SMS, Phone call, Email and Redcare services included.
Secure entry
All areas are monitored by the colour CCTV and every visitor is recorded via signature and image. All doors have swipe card entry systems in place and all external doors are shuttered and locked. The car park is fully contained with only one entrance and is locked every night at 6pm.
Secure transportation
Procedures are put in place to ensure the security and confidentiality of all client data whilst in our possession. All collections of records will be strictly point-to-point between the Crisp Document production facility and the designated Client collection points.
