Established in 2002, Crisp is an independently owned business employing over 60 staff across three UK locations with strategic business partnerships in Europe. We are perfectly placed to support the ever changing demands of today’s business in the UK and further afield.
Crisp Documents Limited are one of Scotland’s supported businesses, who’s aim is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged persons. We adopted this position in 2013 after realising that the work we do could be done by and could benefit those who may be otherwise disadvantaged in attaining employment. We undertake to employ at least 50% of our employees who are disabled or disadvantaged.
Solutions range from data capture, paper scanning, PDF/A compression, email management, document management, storage, search and retrieval and encoding services, to value-added business processing, archiving, workflow, systems integration, disaster recovery, destruction and closed loop security.
Crisp’s main business is our world class scanning bureau services that covers the UK and generates 90% of its turnover from sales in this arena.

This technology can compress file size on average ten times smaller than standard PDF files, meaning full colour images can be scanned and electronically archived with a similar file size and price as black and white.
